Healing Heart Wounds

Aug 16, 2022

The effects of heart wounds can feel like a boulder pressing down on us, or tiny pebbles that make walking an ever-present pain. Whatever the feeling, heart wounds are a companion that no one wants but we all walk with. Heart wounds can isolate us and make us feel abandoned, unworthy or unloved. Whatever your heart wounds are, the SoulCare Community invites you to process them in a small group of believers through a vetted course by the Trauma Healing Institute at the American Bible Society. This is a safe place to:

  • Learn what the Bible says about suffering
  • Learn about grief, trauma, and their effects
  • Explore losses or trauma you may be carrying
  • Release some of the emotional pain you carry
  • Help you get unstuck, reconnected, and ready to move on in life
  • Build resilience for the future
